The horse represents the concepts of freedom without any restraint, as riding a horse made people feel they could free themselves from their own bindings. In the form of a horse the artist portraits the values of independence, ambition, spirituality and strength in pursuit of victory. The sculpture is characterized by hubs, which are formed by blending together belts and stripes in an attempt to redefine its form and hold it captive through time.
